Do you repair trucks on the side of the road?

Yes. Mobile repair is our core service. A diesel technician is dispatched in an equipped service truck to your breakdown location — a highway shoulder, truck stop, rest area, customer dock, terminal or fleet yard — and the repair is normally completed where the truck sits. If a fault genuinely cannot be finished on site, we will tell you before any work starts and arrange the shop.

What class of truck do you work on?

Class 3 through Class 8 commercial vehicles: semi tractors, box trucks and step vans, dump trucks, flatbeds, reefers, tankers, buses, motorcoaches, trailers, and off-road or yard equipment. If it is a commercial vehicle with a diesel or heavy-duty drivetrain, it is in our lane.

Are you really available 24 hours a day?

The dispatch line is answered around the clock, every day of the year. Breakdowns do not keep business hours, and a truck sitting still is the most expensive thing a fleet owns, so overnight and weekend calls are normal for us.

What does a mobile call cost?

Pricing depends on the fault, the distance and how long the repair takes, so we quote after the technician has diagnosed the problem and given you a clear picture — not with a number invented over the phone. Call dispatch and you will get an honest explanation of what the job involves.

Can you work on my truck after hours without me being there?

Fleets routinely have us service trucks overnight in their own yards, working from a unit list, so the vehicles are ready for the morning shift. We document every repair and report back with what was found and fixed.

Do you supply parts?

Yes. Our service trucks carry common fast-moving parts, and the shops stock or can source OEM and quality aftermarket components. If a specific part has to be ordered we will tell you the lead time up front rather than leaving the truck torn apart.
