Not every repair needs a mechanic. A great many trucks, trailers and pieces of equipment are parked up because a weld has failed — a crack running out of a crossmember, a spring hanger torn off its mount, a bracket sheared by vibration, a punctured trailer panel, a cracked dump bed floor.

Mobile welding brings the capability to the machine. The service truck arrives with welding and cutting equipment, and the repair is performed where the vehicle sits — in your yard, at a jobsite, at a dock, or on the shoulder where it stopped. Trailer structural repair

Cracked and broken crossmembers, failed spring and suspension hangers, damaged door posts, cracked landing-gear mounts, punctured side panels and decks, and the reinforcement needed so the same crack does not open up again.

Frame and chassis welding

Cracking around frame rails, gussets, brackets and mount points. Frame cracking is usually a symptom of load, fatigue or a missing reinforcement, so the repair is designed to put the strength back rather than just fill the gap.

Mounts, brackets and accessories

Sheared brackets, broken mud-flap and mudguard hangers, toolbox and tank mounts, lighting brackets, hydraulic cylinder mounts, and the weld repair of equipment that has vibrated itself apart.

Beds, decks and bodies
